I've been drawing for as long as I can remember. I still enjoy drawing and painting. I've even tried a little sculpting way back in high school. I took as many art classes as I could and after high school I went to work in the printing industry where I learned to operate presses. I also decided to learn computer graphics so I could use my art skills to make a living.

Not only has computer graphic art allowed me to make a living, but it's lead me to my current employer. It was there that I met a member of the Olathe Visual Artists. She's been such an inspiration for me to continue developing my art. I joined the Olathe Visual Artists in May of 2007. Working in Acrylics, Pastels and digitally using Adobe Illustrator, some of my favorite subjects are landscapes, portraits, wildlife and fantasy art. I also still do a little graphic art work on the side at home for a small silkscreen shop and others.
