Marilyn York is exhibiting at the 1st National Bank of Johnson County the month of July. It is located at 151st and Murlen in Olathe. She will be exhibiting at the Sylvester Powell Center located in Mission, Kansas at an event called An Evening of Art. Linda Wisely will be the Artist-in-residence for the Raymer Society for the Lindsborg, Kansas Arts and Red Barn Studio Museum August 4-17. There, she will give a pastel workshop and paint daily at the museum.

Debbi Homola will have her jewelry pieces for sale at the Gardner Festival of the Trails September 12-14. Debbie will also be showing at the Bella Vista Arts and Crafts Festival in Bella Vista, Arkansas October 16-18. Visit her website at www.bead-tique.com  

Elaine Lierly Jones will be exhibiting at the Buttonwood Art Space, the former Union Hill Gallery. It is located at 3013 Main in Kansas City, Mo. Opening August 1st thru October 24th. Jeannine Fallert will be exhibiting at Goeff Hetley's Law Office at Park Street, just off Cherry in downtown Olathe.

Jan Stuart and Cindy Sulley are exhibiting at the KU Regents Library each month.  KU Regents Edwards Campus is on 127th and Quivira in Overland Park.

Committee News

Equipment Available for Checkout
The club has tents, an easel, and screens for art shows. All available for checkout by members. IT'S FREE! If you would like to reserve the equipment, please call Phyllis Gardner at (913) 397-8474. All you need to do is return the equipment clean! Don't forget the small pieces! This is not first come, first served. It will be club activities first, then individual members. The screen panels have a top and a bottom. The top screen peg fits into the bottom screen hole. Make sure and take a bottom and top for each panel you need. You'll also need the pins to hold two or more panels together as well as the bottom feet for each panel.
