About the Artist
As a Kansas City native with an Art Therapy degree, drawing and painting have always been part of my life. Since 1981, I have been working in the graphics and print industry.
In 2000, after visiting Open Studios, I discovered the Olathe Visual Artists. My involvement with other Kansas City art organizations and my introduction to the pastel medium soon followed. I enjoy painting landscapes and still lifes as well as the challenge of portraits. The people I have met through the Olathe Visual Artists have been a continual source of support and inspiration.
