About the Artist

Linda describes herself as a novice artist in her "Golden Years" with a passion for painting, working to enhance her talent and techniques.

She has sketched and painted as a hobby all her life, but in her retirement years, it has developed into a passion. She received numerous scholastic awards for her work in her younger years and has received several awards in her senior years. She works in acrylic, watercolor, oil and pencil.

She has displayed at art fairs, numerous art exhibits, Joslyn Memorial Museum and Rice Gallery.

Linda is an active member of Johnson County Senior Arts Council.
