About the Artist

I am a Signature Member of Missouri Watercolor Society and Kansas Watercolor Society and also a member of the Watercolor Honor Society.  In addition I have joined the Southern Watercolor Society (primarily for their website) and Texas Watercolor Society and belong to two arts organizations in SW Missouri, ArtCentral in Carthage and Spiva in Joplin.  When I was in college I took two years of art classes, but was a business major.  I've taken lessons from individuals wherever we lived--even tole painting which I don't discount in the learning experience.  I always learn something from anyone I take a workshop with.  It never fails and I will always be a student.
